She has been duplicating wands at the pawnshop for many years.
I had a script for it, usually made around 3K a day.

On the arcana table you see a crystal wand, a matted monkey tail, a torn scroll, a faded scroll, a clear glass wand, a crystal amulet, a pale thanot wand, a smeared parchment, an aged scroll, a silver wand, a slender blue wand, a yellowed scroll, a heavy quartz orb, a smooth bone wand, a polished bloodwood wand, an oaken wand, a twisted wand, a charred scroll, an aquamarine wand and a burnt scroll.

You decide to purchase the aquamarine wand, and pay the sales clerk 2863 silvers.
The sales clerk picks up the aquamarine wand and checks to make sure it is in good condition. She says, "It seems a little used, but still in great shape."

The glow fades from both objects and they solidify, looking almost identical to the original, and feeling a little lighter.
