Almost stripped of gear except for a few altered items left, including a pulsating blue sunstone earring. Stats should be set for max benefits at 100, character hasn't been touched for years now. He does have a house somewhere, and most likely money tucked away in another city I can't figure out how to get too. Getting a general idea on price before I close up the account for good.

That's a pretty good estimate. There's a chance someone would pay slightly more since you've put in a lot of time on the guild skills and done a fair bit of work on the lock mastery.
Anyone can pick up 4x gear for nothing so it's not really an issue.
Also this character should have fixskills which is also a bonus.
