A colorful Icemule map hangs on one of the pale ivory plaster walls, and an oak beam ceiling rises overhead. A polar bear rug sits in one corner of a polished oak floor. There is a carved haon armoire on one side of the shop and a simple cloth mannequin on the other. You also see a large sign.

There's a limit of one shop per character.

I think this is based on citizenship. You can only be a citizen in one city at a time.
