I have to say, I detest these games. Why? Because I keep playing them.

Farmville, Frontierville, Ravenwood Fair, Cityville, Castle Age, etc... they take up my time and spam my FB page, and I still play them.

And then I get invites for a different game, feel bad because these people probably need more neighbours, sign up, and play yet something else.

But the worst thing about these games, is needing neighbours to do anything. The need to ask 20 friends to give you something and hope at least 5 will respond. Or trying to keep up with the needs of your neighbours and send them crap so they will, in turn, send something back.

What a forkload of wasted time.

This, I suppose, is more of a rant than anything, but does anyone else feel this way? Or are you all smart enough to stop playing and stay away from those evil games?

I think most FB games are pretty derivative and silly, but Warstorm held my attention for a while.

You collect cards and put them in an "army" and they fight other cards. Maybe check it out if your an FB addict.

As for the Gemstone game on FB... I played that for about five minutes and haven't touched it since. It was kind of funny, but it got boring.

I played Warstorm for a little bit, but my interest faded, which is probably a good thing - one less game I have to worry about!

For a while Farmville broke my life.

Negative rep comment for this topic: Those games are ridiculously retarded.

Yes, they are retarded. And I am retarded for playing them. But we all have our retarded phases, even you, random person.

Fortunately, I know I'm not the only retarded person playing these retarded games. I guess I'm just the only retarded person here that still plays them.

You know it's sad how much money people actually spend on things like farmville. Think an aunt of mine spent something like 200 bucks one day. Might I also add that this has happened more than once.

Absolutely, and it still amazes me.
