keep which full plate?

Which full plate should I save for my Paladin? I need to sell the other.

[1] 5x (+25), somewhat crit padded, spiked, lightened full plate

[2] 5x (+25), impact flares, spiked, lightened full plate

My Paladin is 1x CM and his only CMAN is feint 5, so the impact flares would be reactive only after taking a hit (not active).

If you're in Sunfist I'd keep the flaring armor.

flaring plate ftw. You'll find that somewhat crit padding is not much help.

Yeah, stick with the flaring plate. If crit padding could push minors off, it'd be different.

I used flaring armor in camps a lot, it was amazing. I never took huge hit there, mostly minors(which stacked into bleeders) but those required decently high end rolls from two handed weapons. Keep in mind that this is on my warrior, so your experience could be different.

I'd love to use some fire flaring armor in a troll grimswarm camp. Or see logs of someone doing that. Duel wielding fire immolation weapons while berserking.

I prefer masterful padding on hauberk :) Flares are for warriors and paladins and people who get hit.
