Lich only connects in admin mode

So I just set up lich on my second computer, for the first time. Every time I try to log in, It fails to connect. With both of my guys. However, If I restart lich in admin mode, it goes through.

Could somone tell me what exactly admin mode is, and why I can only get in that way?
Im no the most computer savy, but I have a feeling this is just a stupid little thing Im not thinking of.

Btw, if it matters, this new computer is running windows 7, and this is my first time poking around on this OS.... so use the small words please!

Well, I know for myself, I install everything into a folder on the root of C:\ called games (C:\Games) so as to not have to worry about File Permissions. If you left everything to install in their default locations which is usually C:\Program Files or C:\Program Files(x86) then you are probably having permission issues with Windows 7.

Personally, I'd suggest you uninstall everything and then redownload everything and install it in a folder similar to C:\Games so as not to have to worry about Permission issues with Windows 7.

If you did this already and still having the issue... well, not sure and hopefully someone else will post with another suggestion.
