Nope. I've seen them sell for 2 and 5 recently. I don't know about the festival.

The decks of cards from Grawood have different scripts, and do not show the dahcres. You can shuffle the cards from Grawood to display a random tarot card, however.

lol, allow me to say. I sat there for the ENTIRE thing. Didn't see this item once.

Additionally, that auction seemed pretty shady to me. I felt they were using alternates to increase the bid because they didn't feel the auctioned item was selling at an appropriate price.
