There are lots of enhancive items that get put up in the appraisals section. Since I make an effort to try and answer every appraisal question that I have a good feel for I wanted to make this thread to get linked to.
What your enhancive item is worth: Auction min bid 35k.
If the pawnshop isn't offering 35k, it's not worth auctioning. If it is offering 35k go ahead and start your auction at that price. You will get your best value this way. Enhancives don't have set prices like forest green brig or fel hafted handaxes and are extremely hard to appraise accurately because of this.
