That one item should sum it all up.

I'll stick with my watch, I wouldn't want to carry around $7000 on my arm.

Personally, I'd rather buy a car.

The list price is $25,999.99. You're saying that I could only buy a Neon with that much money?

The list price isn't the actually price of the braclet. Nobody with an ounce of intelligence would pay that for it. Buy that thing and have it appraised, bet you it isn't even close to that.

Depends on the Neon.

23k is just about enough to buy that 230hp/250tq FWD Turbo Neon.

Neons are nice. An ex had one, and driving it is probably what I miss most from that relationship. SRT-4's are beasts, but I could probably find something better to buy for the price.

Right now nothing off the showroom floors can match it for that price. I'd have to put a turbo on my car just to compete.

I did hear their handling leaves much to be desired though. And.... it's still a neon.

holy crap did someone call a neon a beast?

officially, no compact cars are beasts. they do not have the capacity.

Except for the after-market TC Neons that run a quarter mile in 8.5 seconds.

Never underestimate a compact car.

I'd just get a '04 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution but that's me.

To answer your question...No, that doesn't make me feel poor. I don't like diamonds

I'd rather have a car that you can "feel" like an old muscle car, any day of the week, than a souped up rice rocket (I'll give you they are fast and probably handle better). I'd just feel like such a girl pulling up next to a Mach I and hitting the gas to hear "vreeee vreee vreee", and the mach I sounding like an idling Harley.

You have my permission to slap the shit out of me then. I bought my Cougar and the next week a guy I know offered to sell me his car because he was going to be overseas for the next 3 yrs.

It was a 1973 'cuda and it was mean. I wish I could have taken my car back to the dealer but no luck...

Diamonds are a scam. One of the most common elements on earth, and absolutely clear and uninteresting.

I would never spend that kind of money on jewelry. But some people have the coin for shit like that. A friend of my parents owns a cattle company and I swear they wipe their ass with 100 dollar bills, she has a rock on her hand that's worth 100k. Its so fucking gaudy, anyone who saw it would automatically assume it was a fake. I'd be putting a sweet downpayment on a new home with that shit.
