Multiple prof question

Since I have multiple prof questions, figured I'd put them here.

Lv 26 Cleric:
currently a brawling Voln master that hunts undead exclusively. Trying to get her lores able to create chrisms but the lores are expensive. Here are some training questions/ideas I have:

1. 35 ranks of armor for brig and done, or stick to doubles?
2. Aiming for 225 then focus on cleric / MnS , good plan or does MjS hold something I should really have sooner rather than later?
3. Do I really need more than 24 ranks of SMC?
4. Thinking about spending points saved from armor training and SMC and get OHE so I can use katars. Good idea?

43 Rogue:
pure combat rogue, Max dodge amb 2.75x hide 2x cm with full vanish, sword & board
1. Thinking of heading to teras for better loot and exp. Any other suggestions?
2. What exactly are the penalties associated with my build type/ rogues that make hauberk a better choice than MBP?

General:
anyone in landing want to warcamp with a low 20s bard, wizard or mid 20s cleric or empath? :)

You are about to be aging out of being able to swing weapons effectively with a cleric, so picking up another weapon skill is not worth it. I'd focus on trying to get cleric spells to 1x and MNS to 140 after you get 225. MNS will give you some nice DS benefits after level 20. I like brig, but if you are casting a lot, going to doubles or somewhere inbetween isn't a bad idea. It'll save a bunch of points early on, that is for sure.

I also guess I forgot to mention: My cleric has no chosen deity yet. Bane vs. Smite for the short/long haul?

Cleric - 1x brawl and shield for max DS or does it become moot after so many ranks? Since smite/bane seems to be the best path later on

You exclusively hunt undead...why not bane? Even if you end up hunting something else, the extra mana cost is fine. I see brig as a choice to make later in levels. How often are you getting hit to need it? Yes, get more SMC than 24. Katars are a terrible waste of points. Hunt the undead with FU and 302 until you are cozy using 312/317, as well. Continue to FU as long as you can, too. If you plan on expanding away from undead, the FU/302 still works. There is no reason you cannot get 1.66x-2x lores unless you are training high in something else, even with 1x armor. I believe I had all my lores for a chrism just as I got my 40th rank in cleric spells around level 33 or 34. The question is how badly do you want to raise with chrisms.

I've got a level 40 rogue on Teras but I've not had a chance to hunt him there yet. So, I can't say. He was going for Vesperti in Solhaven before this move. Mine wears MBP but has no vanish. Don't you get better vanish result if you wear lighter armor? I know since vanish has come out, some stalking rogues switched to robes/leathers. I'm not real current on that discussion though.

Yeah it's only been like that for the last ten years probably.

Found some 4x studded leathers so I'm wearing those on the cleric for now, stopping at 30 armor ranks.
Found a exceptionally easy hunting ground for her and fries extremely fast now.
I've been requested to come to teras as I guess they need more clerics, but still can't make chrisms. Also considering sending my 26 empath to teras for healing and his 1106 CS is good enough for the jungle trolls there.

Rogue is working on becoming a master forger, found a golvern longsword and contemplating an alter for it or weighting/enchanting/flaring it
