Senior GM schedule

Is anyone aware of the usual time senior GMs are on in prime? I have an open referral open that only a senior gm can deal with and I just can't seem to find one online, ever. Perhaps I'm just looking at the wrong times. I've had this thing for weeks lol.

Just because they aren't onduty online, doesn't mean they aren't actually online. I would assist and see if a SGM is on that can help you.

You can always post on the officials in whatever folder is relevant. Ask them to e-mail you with a time you can meet up.

Not really. The GH will ask if there is a senior GM around to help him and if there is one on, they generally will. Sometimes they need a gentle reminder.

Itzel is on most weekends, most of the time, from what I've noticed about her catching people scripting. I would definitely hope she could take 5 minutes out of her spiteful enjoyment to help you out. Especially on Sundays. She does seem to take major holidays off from GS though.
