Yeah, there is going to be a stiff learning curve, especially as people who go around killing people without cause seem to be singled out and killed repeatedly. I don't think there is any organized PvP in Shattered, which seems a waste, but you could always look to drum up interest.

There's not anything organized at this moment. I think we're all still in recovery from Sluntty.

For a new player I'd recommend Prime unless you are just wanting to join for the script leveling or pvp, and this game really isn't made for pvp. Even the head honcho at Simu admits that pvp in this game is borked.

I can't say I'd recommend it for a NEW new player just because of the lower population level and the tendency for everyone to communicate on Lich instead of in-game.

There are a few of us that'll hook you up and help you out if you come join us in shattered though, just try to find us in-game, on lich, or let us know who you are on the boards here.
