You don't see a ton of capped rangers for sale (because there aren't many). Good luck finding one, a few have sold now and then.

I don't think it's very likely that you'll find one for sale. Rangers are one of the rarest professions in the game and most people who play rangers take special pride in them. (Akoe, Nuadjha)
