Well when your Paypal account has enough complaints against it you probably have to turn to other means. Inspire also accepts USPS mailings of buckets of quarters, and coupons to Buffalo Wild Wings

If you're going to buy anything, use Paypal. It protects YOU the buyer and the Seller is protected as well as long as they follow paypal policy.
