Wanted: Towershield

I am looking for a towershield, do not care about desc but 4x+ and I am open to plain jane or enhancives that a mage would find useful.

Don't you have town armory's in Shattered... I'm pretty sure Landing and Vaalor, at least, each sell tower shields that can be bought in vultite.

I think they are hoping for Golvern or Illthorn or something naturally +25 or better.
