1) Can most or all feathers be used for fletching?

2) Can one use verlok feathers?

3) Can one dye a griffin feather? Would it impact the lightning flares?

1) Aye, most feathers can be used fer fletchin' as well as some that drop from random town critters like th' icemule pengiun.

2) I cant` say fer certain about th' verlok feathers. Try 't.

Never thought about trying to fletch verlok feathers. I usually give them to a locksmith friend so he can use the light spell in them. If I come across some more, I'll find out if they are fletchable.
