here's all the swing from two shots of haste....these were shrugging them off more so than normal, but the flares do go to 50, rarely. Occasionaly the flares will land for damage but not drop the target.

All that shrugging off is odd. I used it in the rift and usually 1/4 to 1/3 of the flares they'll shrug off. Could be something to do with the opponent. You are welcome to test it further if you like as that is only about 2 minutes of testing.

They are nifty weapons and it's been my experience they flare pretty often. Of course I have two of them and was dual hurling them for a bit - so that probably skewed me a bit. ;) Paul made 'em - he could chime in I guess.
