Wand Bow vs. Ipantor Bow

Which one would be better recommended at lower levels (20-30) as a ranger?

I'm leaning towards an Ipantor because of the sighting, but is it really going to do much for me w/ 2x perception & 1x ambush?

Wand bow would be cool for flares though.

Probably the ipantor. Sighting makes the biggest difference at low levels, so they say. In your 20's and 30's, you still suck at aiming.

Wand bows are neat, but they're mostly situational. For example, I use an ice wand bow as an opening attack to slow down water elementals. Using the flare function constantly is impractical, requiring a ton of upkeep.

Yeah wand bows can be great, but depends on your resources and the situation.

ie- fire one in a grimswarm camp of trolls is great.

resources in that if you have wands or rods , one area where a ranger to imbue sticks and wizard to charge the resulting wands or rods can be nice.

anywho, something for later mayhaps to keep in mind
