Can you put crit weight on a weapon with these? If so how many points to put HCW on a 4x weapon?

You can Damage Weight I believe but I've not done it so I'm not really sure...it could just be damage padding for armor

-------- --------
Flares (heat, cold, electric, acid, or impact) - variable costs:
For items up to +20, cost is equal to (5+(enchant divided by 2)*100).
For items over +20, the cost is (15+(enchant-20)*100).
For extra costs, see information listed in the surcharge section below.
Examples: Adding flares to a +30 weapon is 2500, for a 10x weapon is 4500.
-------- --------
Enchant (+5 added to item) - variable costs:
Base cost is (new enchant * 100).
If the item has flares or special scripting (non-fluff), add 1000 to the cost.
If the item has padding or weighting, add (2 * level padding/weighting) * 100 to the cost.
If the item is a Defender item, add (2 * defender level bonus) * 100 to the cost.
If the item gives a bonus to TD, add (2 * TD bonus) * 100 to the cost.
Exception: New-style (only) claidhmores cost ((40 + 2 * new plus) * 100).
Exception: Adamantine costs double the normal points.
Exception: Zelnorn carries the flaring surcharge. The new enchant will be based on the total AS + DS bonus and the +5 will be split between those qualities.
Exception: For extra costs, see information listed in surcharge section below.
Defensive bonus (DB) and kroderine items are not enchantable with points.
Enchanting Cost examples:
Taking a normal weapon from 4 to 5x costs 2500.
Taking a normal steel claidhmore from 0 to 1x costs 5000.
Taking a flaring 9x weapon to 10x costs 6000.
-------- --------
Padding - variable costs:
Cost is ((2 * level padding) + enchant) * 100).
Padding is rated "heavy".
For extra costs, see information listed in the surcharge section below.
Example: Padding 4x armor is 4000 points, 10x is 7000. For purposes of this system, any current padding in the item is ignored.
-------- --------
Surcharge Information and Extra Exceptions:
Spiked items have an automatic 600 points surcharge added to any enchanting, padding, or flaring service.
Resistance items with positive benefits cost 1000 per 10% resistance (rounded up). For items with multiple resistance types, add the resistance bonuses before applying this factor. Thus, (Sum of Resistance Bonuses (offset for penalties) / 10) * 1000.
Enchanting, Flaring, or Padding an Enhancive item costs the amount currently shown above, plus: ((Cost for Adv. Guild to Recharge item) * New Plus of item)/250.
Temporary Enhancements do not incur any extra charges.
