+8 Enchant (not confirmed, getting weird reads with this one)
+2 CO Stat (+1 Bonus)
+4 Dodge Ranks
+4 Harness Power Ranks

Can't tell whether or not it persists at this point, still need to have it loresung too.

Anyhow, what everyone thinkin bout a price on this so far?

Someone will almost definitely come along and correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure all weapons/armor/shields persist after the enhancement wears off. I know I've never seen one that didn't.

Okay Correction, I was looking at the wrong column, full properties of this shield are:

1x
+1 to HP Ranks
+1 to Dodge Ranks
+2 to Con
More than your average giantman could count in charges
