Synopsis
Navigates to the constable and repeatedly accuses person(s) of assault and banishment in an effort to expedite their incarceration. Mostly helpful if you have a spare alt.

Pre-requisites:
Set 'constable' as a go2 target, e.g. Illistim would be ;go2 set constable=1781

Usage:
;accuse <person> <second_person> <etc>

Examples:
;accuse andraste
;accuse andraste warden

I can't confirm for other towns, but in Illistim you can't cast any spells in the constable, so the alt should be safe from harassment. To harass.
