Is there a way to run an inventory on stockpiled gems? I run gs on two different computers which throws off my stockpile list. Just wondering if there's something like an inventory check I could do whenever I log into a different computer.

I did see that. If I do forget will it then inventory what I already have or just start counting at zero?

It will clear all the tracking, and the next time it runs it'll go to your locker and count what you have.
