What the?

I unstalled lich a while back and deleted everything because I was having problems logging into the game. Now I've downloaded and installed lich again and everything seems to be working normally except that I get this message.

What can I do to get it working correctly again?

When you download Lich, select save, not open. After you download the zip file, if you don't click on something that says "extract", you'll probably have a similar problem.
