The bags of scrap metal can be a variety of different things, but if its damage weighted as you say, its somewhat damage weighted.

Damage weighting is kinda in less demand than crit weighting.

but I'd say 250k for the mace or less depending on the amount of weighting.

Probably around 500k-1mil or more for the bag if it is heavy weighted like you said. They're a bit rare anymore and you might make more if two people both really wanted it in an auction.

Edit: on second thought you might get more for the bag... Heavy damage weighting is more than I've seen around normally. Seeing as I havn't dealt with many damage weighted items it is harder to judge the worth.
