Post cap training points

So..I know every 2.5k xp points yields 1ptp/1mtp

And every 125k xp points, your training is recalculated.....????

Can someone explain what happens every 125k, and what is meant by recalculating your training?

Does it have something to do with :

(1748 Phy converted to Mnt)


Will it be giving me more training points beyond the 1/1?

I'm going to be converting ptp to mtp way past cap, does that make any difference?

Shooting for 3x spells will be my first post cap goal, looks like it will take me 2.5m xp at the 1/1 rate
