5x Spell Shield (219) / Opals self-charger, it does not require any mana but does need MIU.

It has five rubs of 219, after the fifth rub it is a 24 hour wait and then it is full again for five more rubs.

One of (if not The) best TD boosting self-chargers in the game.

Does it use duration based on MIU or spell duration (60 seconds)?

I've never timed it exactly, but my capped wizard gets a 'great' amount of time - over an hour.
