Bros,
I have scoured usenet for e-textbooks and I have found some but not the ones that I need for my classes. There are some PDFs of one of the books on rapidshare, etc. but they are literally someone scanning each page in a scanner and it looks like shit.
Here's what I need, specifically:
Macroeconomics, Abel, 7th edition, 9780136114529
Bond Markets, Analysis, and Strategies, Fabozzi, 7th edition, 9780136078975
Sports Law, Epstein, 3rd edition, 9780766823242
Entertainment Law, Helewitz, 4th edition, 9780766835849
And as an incentive I'll Paypal $20 to whoever finds the first good quality copy (not the fucking scanned PDFs) of each book.

I would be interested in an invite too, if you can get an extra. My books this semester would be outrageous, otherwise.

I have invites to a bunch of torrent sites that have eBooks and have access to invites to those three sites. PM me if you're still looking.

Not really what you want, but www.facultybooks.com is a great place. This past semester I convinced everyone in my classes not to sell back to the bookstore but to sell the books for the bookstore price +$5 and ended up making about 400 bucks from that website.

I found three of them in non-scanned PDFs within a few minutes. I can't post the links, but they were not hard to find just using Google.
The other options: 1. Don't use the books at all. Most of my university classes rarely used them. 2. Friend someone in the classes that already bought the books, and give them $20 to share. 3. Ask the professor to borrow his book. (tell him you're broke or something). 4. Use the library. 5. Find an old edition, they only change a little from edition to edition to make the book whore more $.
I stopped buying books after my first semester.

This. I bought the third edition of Genetics of Populations online for 8.75 including shipping where the campus bookstore wanted $126 for the fourth edition.
