connectivity problems

seems since Ive reinstalled lich every so often as soon as i log in after lich loads in the game window it disconnects me from the game and all connection is lost any ideas ?

Do you see any messages in your game window before the disconnect, or for that matter any messages on screen afterwards? Also, did you have a version of Psinet on the same computer?

I'm having problems staying connected as well. Interesting enough, this only happens with one of my chars. All the rest work just fine and don't get dropped.

Anyone ever have that happen before? I could guess as to what the problem might be, but I'd probably be wrong.

Anyone have any ideas on this or figure it out as I just started having the same issue this morning. I can log in fine with my one account using Lich, however on my other account I keep getting disconnected. It will load the game screen, show the room my character is in, and go through the Lich updating etc, but then it boots me. I can connect fine on this account if I just skip Lich and use SF.

I ended up going through the motions to uninstall, but not completing them. It seems to be working fine now.

If you go to the main lich site it was one of the fixes recommended for something else in the FAQ section I think. I probably should have made a note of it in case I ever have to do it again.

Thanks. I uninstalled and reinstalled, but every time I exit the game I end up having to go through this. No big issue, just a wtf in my mind since it's working on one account but not another.
