hat feathers or plumes

Need some stuff.....

[1] feathers and plumes for my hat. They have to be special feathers and special plumes for my special hat.

[2] lightweight LA or VLA back-worn container.

[3] armor concealing garment that will cover FULL PLATE.

I found "a lost penguin chick" in Icemule. Is this the penguin you were referring to?

Thanks for the idea, but it didn't work out. I followed the penguin around for ten minutes until it dropped a penguin feather.

Unfortunately, it doesn't fit in my hat. My special hat needs special feathers or plumes.
