What exactly is customized loresong? Is this when singing to items or spell prep for bards or something else?

It is for when a bard sings to an item.

You can either add a custom loresong to an item, so when a bard sings to it, it has a loresong you made...
OR
You get a signature verb, you come up with it and only your character can do.
