Well, you can take any blank mage rechargeable gem and turn it into a 211 rechargeable but it will be crumbly.
You can also just get a cleric to bless 211 into pure gems also all day long. That's what I do. Much less hassle.

Is that easier or cheaper than buying pure potions?

Pure potions too.
Most rechargables in the spirit sphere will eventually degrade and green unless you have a way around it. Charging cloth, crystals, etc.
The best of the 211 and 215s are either self manas, neither one of which is for sale (and the 215 not at any price), and the 211 I doubt will sell.
The newest are the spell knowledge enhansives, there are 3 bravery ones, one is for sale, one is MIA (lost track of it) and one is on a player who spends a lot less of his time playing, and the 215, that sold early this year for a ghastly amount (looked up the thread, last bid was 190m, and was sold on a buyout to Dionket). The cost to recharge them is a lot and i mean a LOT of bounty points.

Doinket to a lesser extent, but most refer to Speaker when they say black hole. Neizmanz has more than a few toys that don't often move, if ever.

Neimanz sells a fair amount of his stuff too though, but yeah Speaker is a black hole. There are others, but many of them you just never hear about the stuff, so you don't even know they're a black hole of yummy item goodness...

Assuming your asking if blessing 211 into gems is cheaper than using pure potions then it really depends. For anyone with significant MIU skill it's way cheaper since you can use raise as the activator and get a much longer duration than drinking a pure potion. Would also depend if you have a cleric that can bless it into gems for you. You can get 3 charges into a pure gem valued at around 5500 silver. I'm not sure what the cheapest you can purchase a pure potion for with good trading. For my wizard it definitely works out much cheaper than pure potions.
