Selling my altered shop in room 28 on Spinewood in the landing, preferably with the following inventory. It's one room, but it only costs like 100k to make it into a 3 room. If you do the math, the inventory comes to @60m or so, as priced, and things are moving slowly but surely at these prices. PM a reasonable offer if you're interested. If this shop doesn't sell with the inventory, I'll liquidate all of this then offer just the shop at a later time. I've also got other stuff in the shop now, but if purchased the inventory will match the following at the time of transfer.
