getting into rift

What's the the deal with the crown on my way to the rift. I can't remember if the dull grey stone is suppose to be lined up with humality or one of the others. Once you have it lined up do you just touch the crown then open the door?

reflective glass stone = Honor
clear crystal stone = Truth
milky white stone = Piety
dull grey stone = Humility
flawless silver stone = Faith
veil iron stone = Courage

You can rub then turn the crown over and over until it drops, then say 'aenatumgana' and go through the door. This method will take all your mana though.
