Anyone have any experience taking one of the various milaria drugs? There are a couple of purported side effects I'm curious about, namely vivid dreams/nightmares.

Miliaria (also called "sweat rash"[1] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Miliaria#cite_note-0) or "prickly heat") is a skin disease (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Skin_disease) marked by small and itchy rashes (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rash). Miliaria is a common ailment in hot and humid conditions, such as in the tropics and during the summer season. Although it affects people of all ages, it is especially common in children and infants due to their underdeveloped sweat glands.

I've never experienced any side effects with Chloroquine or Doxycycline.

I took doxycycline for a few months and didn't notice any adverse effects.

I took Larium for 2 years. Had the vivid dreaming for a couple weeks, but once my body got used to it, I was fine. It was never worse than any acid I did.

Larium is more effective than the chloroquinine stuff, too, but I know some people who had to take the latter because they were pansies and didn't like vivid dreams of pterodactyls attacking them.

Doxy gave me some fucked up dreams, as well as some other guys. I just stopped taking it and threw the pills away.

I think I would have taken them more regularly if they gave me fucked up dreams.

Plaquenil is pretty mild. No real serious side effects that I've heard of, but you would ideally want to take it with another antimalarial or channel blockers. All depends on what systems are being effected and treated.

And I just wanted to say to everyone out there...I'm no longer mainlining acid or smoking PCP.

It's official.
