mstrike question

Ok if I'm reading kp right I should be able to use a focused mstrike at 30 ranks, but stormfront won't give me the focused mstrike option until I have 40 ranks of mstrike. Clarification needed please.

I don't know what you mean, but just type mstrike rolton and you will do a focused mstrike if you have 30+ ranks.

What I'm refering to is in the stormfront point and click attack window with 30 ranks of mstrike I only get the option to open mstike. With 40 ranks I get both the option to open msrike and focused mstike. It must be a stormfront issue.
