What would you all suggest in order to get that to 7x?

Try to enchant to 7x, just like that, but do it with stuff that isn't worth alot.

I certainly willing to try but how should I train in the future to maximize enchanting? What skills should take priority and how many ranks in each. I know this have been covered before but I'd appreciate a recap please.
