Wizard's Shield (919) runedisk. X = 3-5.

This is an old item, one of the oldest runedisks. I'm not sure if these are common anymore. Basically it functions much like a scroll, except:

- it has X number of charges a day before it heats up.
- after it heats up, you may continue to use it.. however
- it has a tiny chance of explode, in which case its gone
- it has a cumulative chance that it will be weaker, ie less number of charges before it heats up
- those chances drops down to 0 after it cools, ie, 24 hours.
