View Full Version : The Second Age of Chaos

After the battle of Maelshyve, Despana's forces were sharply repelled. Supposedly, in the words of Samarak the Grim, it is inevitable that we will enter the second age of Chaos and Despana will release her hoardes once again. Being that her hoardes were banshees that killed a multitude of giants, humans and dwarves alike, why is it that Banshees are found in the hunting grounds of two major towns?

Is the second age of chaos already upon us?

No.

Ages of Chaos aren't really things you have to think too hard about. Either there are hordes of undead ravaging things, or there aren't.

He might be right... I had this vision the other day...

Your sight dims and a new image replaces the room you were in. An ominous black plane of broken and cracked rock stretches out forever under a sky filled with stars in patterns unknown to mortal lands. Endless rows of gravestones stand at crazy angles in uneven ranks across this landscape. There comes the sound of the earth rumbling and stones cracking and falling and, as you watch dumbstruck with horror, the graves begin to open and vomit out streams of zombies onto the cruel plains of death. The vision fades swiftly but the scene haunts you for hours.

Unless that's a normal thing in darkstone.... which it may be.....

Considering Despana's not around...no.
