Oh, no. It's basically just a Vultite Maul with flares.

Weighs 6 lbs. I haven't had much use of it, can't remember where I got it from.

It's a dual-flaring maul, with vibe and fire flares. The service was available on the Wavedancer first and then at EG09, I think. They're fun. Looks like it's 4x, unless it's been further enchanted, in which case, I imagine he'd have said something.
