Pictures...help!

Ok, I'm as computer illiterate as they come. Can someone please explain to me step by step how I can get a picture off my cd and onto these boards? Thank you!

Assuming a PC.

Click one of the browse buttons on the attachment option if replying or making a new thread.

Click the up button on the directory until you get to the desk-top.

Click on my computer.

Click on the cd drive.

Click on the picture you want to add.

Click OK.

Pray.
