Is there a script that allows me to send commands to another character? Basically a script where I could ;chat to xxxx and then they'll either execute that command exactly or have a bit more automation with it?

crosscharcom works wonders for what you described. used it for a long time. Take some getting used to, but after you figure out how to pass commands thru scripts and aliases you won't know what to do without it.
