Hey Everyone,

My student group is doing a project for the JCP Rewards program. I was wondering if I could get some help!

The survey is designed to measure attitudes and perceptions on the program but also asks questions if you happen to not be an actual member of the JCP Rewards program.

This survey is voluntary and completely confidential.

I'd appreciate any help in this. Here is the link to the survey:

Thanks!

Also it lets you leave every question blank, will the blank responses mess up your data?

Thanks so much for your quick responses everyone. Gemstone community is the best!

Yeah, the person who wrote up the survey clicked the wrong category and there may be some people who put multiple answers in for the question. We will just have to sort through the data that way; however, the majority of respondents so far are not choosing more than one option.

The problem is that once a survey is open you can't change the questions for obvious reasons!

Leaving questions blank is alright as well. That was designed that way.

Shhh. I was pleasantly suprised to be grouped in with 21 year olds. Then I remembered what I was doing when I was 21 and prayed quietly to myself that all those people that also remember what I was doing when I was 21 are dead from overdose and/or in prison so they cant talk.

We are not affiliated with JCPenney so no, JCPenney does not know we are doing this. However, we have had several interviews with management. Our survey is totally voluntary and confidential. We do not take any personal information. The scope of this project is limited to in the classroom. Our results and project write up will be presented in class and submitted to our professor. The project will redact any sensitive information we come across should we wish to show anyone else after the project is over.

We are aware that the survey allows people to leave blank answers. It is designed that way (forcing people to respond to a question before they can move to the next one results in lower response rates in general). Our calculations will be done through SPSS. The program will know how to handle any data that is handled this way such as blank responses.
