My goals are roughly 3x PT till max redux (then 2x to maintain), 3x armor to breast plate (90 ranks @ level 30?), 1x MoC to ??? and 2x edge, dodge etc.
Ideas? Suggestions? What am I doing wrong?
Currently swinging a 1x claidh or 4x flaring maul while wearing 4x chain hauberk or 4x damage padded breastplate.

Couple of basic things: there is no "max redux" and if you're swinging two handed weapons, train in that instead of edge.

It's a trade off really. I've heard that tripling in PT to cap and post cap is the best because of manuever/stamina/stamina recovery/health benefits. I've also heard from a very smart man that after you get a high enough % of redux, it doesn't matter that much (for redux only) and you can up your dodge.
I have a RF of ~.56 (56% redux) at level 63 and I am 1 rank away from fully tripled in PT. I've heard this is good even at cap for some professions. I heard also you can get 65% ish if you fully triple PT at cap.

All I'm saying is that "max redux" is a misnomer, and I didn't want him thinking there is such a thing. Practically speaking perhaps, but I wouldn't suggest it as a goal at his level.
My suggestion would be to go with 2x PF while you're trying hard to reach plate class armor (3x armor), then based on what he's said, slow down the armor and spend the spare points on 3xPF.
I would also suggest aiming for at least some survival, first aid and perception. If you cut back on your PF to 2x till you finish your 3x armor, you could afford a decent sum of each.

reroll, your max stats at cap will be icky...or pay the 35 mil for a fixstat (or earn it yourself)
meanwhile ignore FA and survival, .5x perception, get into full plate asap, continue 'maxing' fitness for uberdux

In GS4 it's pretty foolish to place your stats for optimal growth unless one of your goals in playing is to make real life $$$. Even with average bounty hunting, you will easily have 1m BP by cap and be able to buy a fixstat poion. Unless of course you're obsessed with using BP on dumb shit like tier 10 boxes.

So is my stat block fundamentally screwed? The character is also light on their warrior guild training (20 total ranks in things?) and has zero serious investment in a society.
What I am saying is that, except for the time investment to 26, he has no other investment but gear. And I can always pass his gear off, delete, re-roll and regather his gear.
Such a thing does not sound awesome... But if he is fundamentally screwed, then I'd do it. God knows that getting field reps done in my 10s would easier than late 20s...
If I were to re-roll, what should he look like?
Suggestions?

like warcries? don't tank influence
I would recommend just taking a day to browse/search the warrior folder here on the PC. Any questions you have have probably been asked and answered hundreds of times already.

You're not fundementally screwed. You will do just fine with those stats for quite a while, and as Brute pointed out, you can do a fix stat when you need it.
In the short term, you are mostly better off weighted towards the physical side, especially with the build you're leaning towards, because you'll get a lot more PTPs with the heavy weighting towards the physical stats. The influence will cause problems with war cries, but influence enhancives are cheap. Ignoring first aid and survival is only workable if you don't use cmans and don't wander around with an empath at your beck and call.

What do first aid and survival have to do with cmans?

You get big penalties to your CMAN success rate when you have wounds. Contrary to how it used to be, where a warrior would often return to town bleeding from 4-5 locations, today, if you're bleeding that much you effectively can't pull off a CMAN. You need to be able to field heal yourself. First Aid training cuts down on the time it takes you to eat herbs, tend wounds, etc.

That is my current stat block
Goals are:
3x Armor
3x PT
2x Cman
2x THW
2x Dodge
1x MoC
1x Perception
15 ranks Climb
15 ranks Swimb
People are suggestiong survival and first aid. I have also had suggestions to drop 2x Dodge down to afford a focused, two strike MSTRIKE.
After doing a few warcamps with Berserk (17 ranks by now and climbing), I am in love with MoC and Berserk. I think it might be worth it.
Suggestions?

I just recently dropped all ranks in survival and skinning as I don't really care about skinning anymore. Plus if I need to eat herbs sigil of mending is perfect for that.
I think you would be better off dropping dodge down a little bit and 2x MOC. I have some logs on these boards somewhere showing awesome berserk and MOC is. Madmountan also has a bunch as well.

It's fine to do without first aid if you don't use CMANs that require a success roll.

It's the same as what you're saying. You use FA to train down herb heal times and he uses symbol of mending which brings everything to it's base herb heal time so he doesn't need FA as part of GoS.
While I'm here though for a warrior like the one in the OP, what's the suggested course of CMANs anyway?

Sure then. If you don't need it for that and you aren't skinning anything, I don't see any reason to not drop it if you're in GoS.

I just grabbed enough MoC ranks to hit 4 open swings and 2 focused. 35 Ranks? Awesome.
My cmans are:
combat mobility - HUGE. Standing up during knockdown RT is the difference between a big crit (and more RT -> death) and a minor wound.
wspec - free AS and cman DS! Pre-req for Bonding.
bond - Being able to cut through stance or zero parry / block is huge.
parry mastery - I THW, so 5% passive defense for 4 cman points is basically the best cman point :: benefit investment in the whole list.
I will be grabbing Surge later for some extra AS, I think. From there, no idea.
