A small stud is imbedded into the base of the mithril cinquedea. The mithril cinquedea is covered in foul-smelling murky umber oil.

Dagger based and loresings as four enchants. I know the show shows it's covered in poison, but I don't know if it's the temp. or perm. variety. Any ideas?

That could be a poison ambusher or one of Khal's poison covered weapons. Swing it against stuff and see how it delivers poison?

If it is one of Khal's, I'm not sure if there's any way to differentiate between temp and perm by any method but a bijillion swings.

that should be perm. It's hard to estimate the value since it's a dagger, but I imagine some TWC would like it. I'd say probably around 5-10m. Maybe more if you got a bidding war going.
