Eh, the only times I die now-adays is due to my own stupidity. Still, this had me laughing quite a bit. It was followed shortly afterwards by a Construct ground pound for another 10 seconds. Nothing like a 70 second time out during a hunting trip.

how many coins did you have on you?

The reason I ask... I've not seen a griffin swat RT that high since OTF opened and I was a measley mid 120s vs level 145 griffins. You failed that one bad.

I've had 40 sec. RT from griffin swats on both my 90's rogue and my capped empath. Granted the empath was loaded down with boxes usually.

I think encumbrance as well as level disparity have something to do with it.

OTF is always full of these kind of WTFPWN maneuvers. It's why I prefer hunting the temple on Teras.

AFAIK, the Griffin Swat is on the Standard Manevuer Roll.

So, level, encumbrance, CM, perception, etc play a part.

I think the 40s round times are fumbles on your (royal you) part more than poor training, encumbrance, etc....

This. I believe there are two fumbles for this maneuver. One at 27 RT, then a second, likely double fumble at 40 seconds.
