Your translation is fine. Double-checking on WordReference.com (great dictionary), dans lequel is more accurately "in regard to which," while ou is "in which." You could probably also do something like "En cours de lequel" but it's a lot windier.

I'd need more context to choose better between:

dans lequel
au sein duquel
où

"dans lequel" is technically accurate but will sound clumsy to a native. In fact, the more I think about it, most situations with "wherein" translated so literally will yield something somewhat clumsy and it would be more elegant to rephrase the sentence if possible. But "au sein duquel" sounds the best, in my opinion.

I never did retain French spelling.

But, the problem with auto-translators, is that they don't take context into consideration, and in French you know how they have the formal and informal.
