Me != mechanics buff, but I think TWC is a little more complicated than that. Someone else can do the math if they want, but I think your offhand AS is detemined by 3/5 weapon skill and 2/5 TWC skill, so effectively a partial bonus would be applied to the off hand? But I suppose if you hurry you can grab some of those TWC vambraces from EG and orb them up. +13 OHE bonus, +12 TWC bonus, + Something Else You Want = Good?
