RR Forge. Cutlass glyphs if I'm not mistaken. If you need to pass that onto an OHE Forger.

A cutlass is a scimitar. Rapiers actually require limited release glyphs like mauls. However it is Ebon Gate time, so you could have someone buy you a pair and give them to a forger to make you one.
