It'll update when people run the citizendata lich script (which is available in the repository). You can see what towns have been updated (not) recently here: http://www.virilneus.com/shops/ftp/status.php

(Yeah, that link's for V's site. The citizendata script sends it's info to both V's site and the Lich site at the same time, when it finishes running through the shops.)
