There's a set of mithglin hauberk (+15) that is decently crit padded (perm) for sale in a playershop in Wehnimer's for 1m.

Sounds like a steal. I would have picked it up myself, but I have no use for chain-class armor, unless I plan to re-sale in one of my shops (which I don't).
